Law firm Veat, in order to achieve a smooth resolution for Company A, first informed the small similar consulting firms that their unauthorized use of Company A's trademark constituted a violation of the Act on Prevention of Unfair Competition and Protection of Trade Secrets, based on the interpretation of relevant laws and precedents, and sent a certified letter to them requesting voluntary deletion. In response, the small similar consulting firms deleted Company A's trademark, which they were using without authorization, and revised the advertisement wording in accordance with Law firm Veat's certified letter.
